Here is an idea for a short video script you can use on the public side of your community.

This video positions the community as a supportive space that comes as part of your wider coaching program, rather than a standalone purchase (although that can be added on in future if you choose).

The call to action is for them to go to book a call to explore your program.

Please edit the script until you’re happy with it, and record it to camera.
